Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ₹19 Number Reveal Fee

The ₹19 number reveal fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Digital content is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing the ₹19 payment, you acknowledge that the service has been fully rendered and that no refund can be issued.

2. ₹199 Complete Report

Refunds for the ₹199 personalized numerology report are considered on a case-by-case basis only. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually against the criteria set out in this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To be considered for a refund on the ₹199 report, you must email support@numsecret.com and include all of the following:

• Order ID or Razorpay payment reference number
• Email address used during purchase
• Detailed written reason for dissatisfaction

Requests that do not include all three items above will not be processed.

4. Response Timeline & Eligibility Window

• Response time: Our team will respond to refund requests within 48–72 business hours of receipt.
• Eligibility window: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Change of mind — dissatisfaction not related to a defect in the product.
• The report has already been downloaded, opened, or delivered to your email address.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed directly with your bank or payment provider without first completing our refund process. We reserve the right to contest such disputes with evidence of delivery.

6. Digital Products Disclaimer

All products sold on Number Secrets are digital in nature and are delivered instantly upon successful payment. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that:

• Delivery of the digital product occurred at the moment of payment confirmation.
• No cooling-off period applies to digital goods delivered with your consent.
• This acknowledgement is consistent with applicable Indian consumer protection regulations for digital goods.
