1. Service Description

Number Secrets provides digital numerology readings based on your name and date of birth. We offer two product tiers:

• ₹19 Number Reveal: An instant reveal of your core numerology numbers (Life Path, Destiny, and Soul Urge).
• ₹99 Complete Personalized Report: A comprehensive, AI-assisted numerology report including detailed interpretations, lucky dates, and cosmic alignment analysis.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• The ₹19 number reveal fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds for the ₹99 complete report are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Products

All products sold by Number Secrets are digital in nature. Upon successful payment:

• Your reading or report is delivered instantly to the email address you provided.
• No cooling-off period applies to digital goods that have been delivered with your prior consent, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer regulations.
• By initiating a purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that delivery has occurred upon payment confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property

All numerology reports, content, algorithms, and materials produced by Number Secrets are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any part of your report for commercial purposes.
• Share, distribute, forward, or publicly post your report or any portion thereof.
• Resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer rights to any content provided by Number Secrets.

5. Disclaimer

Number Secrets provides numerology readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings are not a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, psychological, or any other licensed professional advice. Specifically:

• Nothing in your reading constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or a recommendation to make any financial decision.
• Nothing in your reading constitutes medical or health advice of any kind.
• Number Secrets makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any reading or report.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Number Secrets’ total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Number Secrets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Changes to These Terms

Number Secrets reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
